Shipping: If you are purchasing more than one item, we will contact you about the shipping cost. If the cost is less than what is noted on your order, we will refund you the difference.

We hope you will be delighted with any purchase, but if not, you may return it within 30 days for either option below:

  • Request a full refund for the price of the piece.
  • Apply the price of the piece towards another purchase from the online showroom.

Client assumes all shipping costs.

Packing for return shipment: Please reuse our original packing materials and make sure the piece is well wrapped and cushioned. We cannot refund or give credit for chipped, cracked and broken pieces or damage that occurred during return shipment if your shipper does not accept responsibility for the claim.

Breakage: If you receive a piece that has been broken during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours. It is essential to save pieces and original packing materials for inspection and collection by our shipper.
